• In order for the reservation to be confirmed, an advance payment of 40% of the total amount should be made directly to our bank account provided by the administration. The client is charged with all the Bank’s expenses.
  
  
• For 1-2 overnight stays, advance payment equals the cost of one overnight stay and is non-refundable.
  
  
• Check in is after 15:00 | Check out by 11:00.
  
  
• Canceling a booking will be accepted ONLY in writing.
  
  
• In case of cancellation, the advance payment is refundable only if cancellation is made 21 days prior to arrival date.
  
  
• In case of reservation cancellation in less than 21 days you are charged with a 50% of the advance payment amount. In case of reservation cancellation in less than 7 days the advance payment is non-refundable.
  
  
• Potential bank expenses will fall on the client.
  
  
• Any reduction in the number of nights of a confirmed reservation should be submitted in a written form without any penalty 40 days prior to arrival date and only after the approval of the Management. If notified in less than 40 days from the arrival date, you are charged with the 50% of the overnights that are cancelled. In exception of this condition, reservations of 3 overnights or less, will be charged with the 100% amount of the cancelled overnights.
  
  
• In case of an earlier departure than the scheduled one, if the customer informs Management at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure date, 70% of the remaining amount shall be charged for the remainder of their reservation. If they notify in less than 48 hours, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of the remaining overnights of the reservation. In exception of this condition, reservations of 3 overnights or less will be charged with the 100% amount of the cancelled overnights.
  
  
• In case of late or non-arrival on the scheduled arrival date and since there is no prompt written notification, the Camping has the right to dispose the accommodation elsewhere the following day. The customer will be charged the total cost of the booked stay.
  
  
• No reservations are made for specific accommodations.
  
  
• Only the renter customer and the persons declared upon the reservation process and confirmed by the Reservations Department are exclusively and solely allowed to use each accommodation. Visitors and hosts are NOT permitted.
  
  
• Every reservation is personal and unique and must have its own deposit which cannot be transferred to any other confirmed or new reservation.
  
  
• One (1) car parking place corresponds to each accommodation.
  
  
• Double rooms are strictly for up to 2 persons, including children/infants.
  
  
• Pets are not allowed.
  
  
• All under-age persons (under 18 years old) should be escorted by an adult during their stay. It is only allowed with the written consent of the parent or the legal guardian.
  
  
• Under the provisions of Art. 23 I.4172/2013 all transactions exceeding € 500.00 (VAT included) between a professional and an individual, must obligatorily be carried out through bank means of payment.
  
  
• Customers should comply with the General Rules of the Camping. Staying in our accommodations requires acceptance of all rules and terms included in the General Regulation of the Camping.
